Sacred Surrender is a journey aligned with the changing season, a time of release, surrender, and letting go of the weight of what no longer serves. Each day offers an opportunity to explore the layers of your being and shed what hides you from your truest self beneath the unnecessary weight of “no longer.”
Throughout the week, we’ll explore yoga both on and off the mat, through gentle Asana and Meditation in Motion, Pranayama and Transformative Breathwork, Restorative Yoga Nidra, and practices of sacred silence and self-inquiry.
We’ll connect with nature, the breath, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.
You’ll be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and align with the rhythm of the Earth. Whether you arrive knowing you need a pause or not, you’ll leave understanding how deeply nourishing a retreat can be for your physical, energetic, and mental body.
Tania will guide you through the koshas, the layers of being, helping you rediscover the true meaning of yoga: not merely as a physical practice, but as a living, breathing, sacred path both on and off the mat.
Daily Schedule (subject to change):
6-7am — Coffee/Tea/Fruit
7-8:30am — Morning Hike or Yoga and Meditation
8:30am — Breakfast
10-12pm — Yoga and Meditation/Breathwork
12:30pm — Lunch
1:30-4pm — Free Time
4-5:30pm — Yin | Restorative | Yoga Nidra | Breathwork
6:30pm — Dinner/free time
7:45pm — Evening hike, bonfire & free time to enjoy just being
This retreat is an invitation to release and realign with nature’s rhythm. As the Harvest Moon rises and the season turns, we soften our grip, honor what has been, and trust what’s unfolding. Through yoga, meditation, and conscious breath, we return to grace, where surrender becomes sacred and the heart remembers its natural harmony with all that is.
WHAT TANIA SAVOLLE’S STUDENTS & RETREAT ATTENDEES SAY:
“I could not be happier with the Sacred Stillness retreat a few weeks ago. I do not practice yoga or breathwork and Tania made these modalities amenable to me as a novice. I attended this retreat with my mother who has taught and studied yoga for 30+ years and she also enjoyed EVERY segment of the retreat. Tania beautifully wove her workshop in a way that satisfied both the yoga beginner and the expert. I can’t imagine a more perfect facilitator and regret that I will now be disappointed in any yoga practitioner I might try out here in Colorado. Tania’s teaching, instruction, communication, music, meditations, narratives, journal prompts and insights into connecting with the true self were exemplary. Her method of retreat progression via studying the koshas was the perfect way to fuse everything together. Each word, exercise, musical accompaniment and level of interaction felt divinely curated by Tania. I had never met or studied with Tania, nor did I look at her website; I was thoroughly impressed.”
“I searched for an experienced yoga teacher and a diversified program around healing, breathwork, and restorative practices such as yoga, meditation, and holy stillness. I found precisely that in Tania Savolle’s retreat, Sacred Stillness: The Way Inward Through Yoga, Breath, and Being. I received and opened to a grounding foundation and wholeness of Self. In short, my body was energized, my mind reactivated, and my spirit broke open. I recommend this experience to anyone who needs a reboot, a respite, to reconnect toward the whole Self. Tania’s style and grace in her methods of teaching compassionately and lovingly presents an amazing teacher who has great knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit. Through this magical sharing lies a sacred healing process leading to surrender and deep peace. I cannot say enough about the experience of practicing with Tania; to me, she is a little slice of heaven.”
“Sacred Stillness at the Feather Pipe Ranch was truly one of the most powerful and peaceful retreats I’ve evert experienced. Nestled in the Montana wilderness, this retreat is more than just a gateway; it’s a gentle homecoming to you. Tania holds space with such calm authenticity, and intuitive wisdom. Her teachings are subtle yet powerful. A blend of gentle encouragement, spiritual depth, and grounded realism. Whether guiding a meditation, leading a yoga practice, or simply sharing a quiet conversation, Tania radiates warmth and clarity. Every practice she taught us, felt intentional and soul-nourishing. She created a container where I felt both seen and supported, and I know others felt the same.
The food was amazing, freshly curated daily and delicious, the accommodations cozy and connected to the land. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The entire experience left me feeling clear, grounded, and restored. As long as Tania is hosting I will return again and again. If your soul is asking for rest, quiet, healing, and reconnection, this is where you will find it.”
“The retreat at Feathered Pipe Ranch was incredible. Such a nice small group of people! The yoga and breathwork that Tania curated was magical. It was such an amazing experience and the setting at Feathered Pipe Ranch was relaxing and beautiful.”
RETREAT TIP!
