Five decades of dedicated stewardship by the Feathered Pipe Foundation have created the conditions for the Feathered Pipe Ranch to flourish as a sanctuary for learning, healing, and human connection. As we look ahead to the next 50 years, we are excited to plan for key improvements to enhance the Ranch’s sustainability, comfort, and ability to serve our community for generations to come. We are committed to preserving the unique qualities and personalized attention that are our hallmark.
Among our most significant upcoming capital projects are a secondary Forest Bathhouse and Lounge and the installation of solar energy infrastructure (our Net Zero Project)—investments that reflect our deep commitment to thoughtful, long-term stewardship of this treasured land. Thanks to generous contributions during our 50th anniversary season in 2025, we anticipate completing the bathhouse in 2026. While the timeline is still evolving for the Net Zero Project , one thing is certain: when the moment is right, we want to be ready. We plan on applying for grants, but most grants require a 50% match and are reimbursed only after completion—meaning we must be prepared to cover costs up front.
