Sophia Mallie and Vickie Morse are honored to follow in the footsteps of the many revered yoga and wellness teachers who have shared their wisdom at the world renowned retreat center: Feathered Pipe Ranch in the Montana Rockies. This retreat is a go-to camp for souls ready to let go of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and reconnect to themselves and nature!

Drawing on a lifetime of study and practice in yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and holistic wellness, Sophia and Vickie create an unforgettable retreat that weaves timeless wisdom with evidence-based practices to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and lasting well-being.

A Retreat to Rest, Reconnect & RememberSophia specializes in integrating yoga, sound healing, and contemplative practices that restore the nervous system while awakening creativity, intuition, and inner vitality. Vickie brings decades of expertise in therapeutic yoga and mindful movement, skillfully guiding students toward greater strength, balance, and embodied awareness. Together, they create a transformational experience that is both deeply restorative and profoundly practical: Where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern nervous system science. Through personalized guidance in a warm, welcoming environment, participants not only experience deep renewal, but leave with practical tools to navigate everyday life with greater resilience, presence, and Joy.

Rooted in the traditions of yoga, each class includes emphasis on alignment, balance, and a deeper understanding of the intention behind the Asana. (pose). Appropriate for seasoned practitioners who wish to refine and deepen their practice, and for beginners who wish to cultivate more confidence, curiosity, and meaningful connection with their bodies.

In a world that celebrates constant productivity, this retreat offers something different: an invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you.

WHAT SOPHIA & VICKIE’S STUDENTS & RETREAT ATTENDEES SAY:

A Retreat to Rest, Reconnect & Remember - Sophia Mallie & Vickie Morse“Vickie and Sophia are both knowledgeable and patient, and created a safe and comfortable atmosphere. The mix of energetic and restorative yoga was perfect for a retreat, and I appreciated that there were many opportunities available for exploration, activities, and relaxation at the retreat and beyond.”

“I attend Sophia’s yoga retreats as often as I can because her balance of gentle and invigorating classes inspire me to re-commit to my daily practice. She brings grace, deep care, and magic to the experiences she creates. The community of yogis she attracts are open-hearted, authentic, and inspiring. AND This was my first retreat with Vickie. I loved her classes too! Her bright spirit, humor, and wonderful community were such a joy to be with!”

“This experience far surpassed my expectations that were pretty high to begin with! Sophia and Vickie are such lovely humans – talented, kind, respectful, and so much fun! I enjoyed every minute of every day – from morning meditation, to afternoon art & creativity time, to evening sunsets at the beach. My yoga practice has improved and I’m trying to incorporate daily all the relaxation techniques, community-building strategies, and healthy eating habits I gained on the retreat. I brought home an incredible sense of peace, self-love, and appreciation for life!”

“I have been on two yoga retreats with Vickie and Sophia and I will go again, no matter where they go. I find the classes are challenging enough and it isn’t just about what happens in the yoga sessions. It is everything else that makes a retreat special. They really take the time to care and help and get things right for everyone. I honestly feel loved when I’m around them.

This was my second retreat with Sophia and Vickie, and it was incredible. Much thought and planning went into making this retreat one that was designed to give you a wide range of yoga poses and styles. The location was beautiful and close to the beach. The staff were exceptional , not to mention the abundance and healthy food that was served daily. Mealtime was special as you had the opportunity to meet and make new friends. A truly memorable experience.”
