Join us for 8 days and 7 nights of bliss in the Rocky Mountains. This retreat is your invitation back to yourself. A reminder to unplug and reconnect with what is important to you. Have you been feeling like life is living you instead of you living your life? This is the opportunity to invite yourself back to your life with intention.

Under the big blue sky of Montana we will practice yoga twice a day, meditate in the open air and open our hearts and calm our minds. Treat yourself to a week of self-care, tranquility and time to reflect. The morning yoga sessions will include a vinyasa flow and meditation and the afternoon sessions will include a gentle yoga, yin or restorative class. We will include sound healing, journaling and mandala art creations during the week.

WHAT STACY & TERESA’S STUDENTS & RETREAT ATTENDEES SAY:

Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation“I spent the weekend with Stacy on retreat and her guidance through yoga and meditation helped me find clarity in my life choices. We did a meditation that helped me to clearly see the next steps for my career. It was life changing. The support, the guidance and nurturing aspects of her teachings allow you to drop in and listen to your body.”

“A retreat with Stacy and Teresa is magic. The skill they have to teach and hold space together is incredible. I have attended numerous retreats with them and always walk away feeling grounded, nurtured and cared for. They hold space for all bodies and all levels. I love how they easily transition from one teaching to the other. Stacy is skilled at guiding all levels in yoga and meditation and Teresa is gifted at her yin and sound healing. Together you get everything you need to leave feeling connected.”

“What a beautiful retreat! Thank you, Stacy and Teresa, for planning the weekend and bringing so much wisdom to this group of RAW soul sisters!”

“I enjoyed meeting new friends and especially all the comments, poems, and inspiration that was shared. Stacy- thank you for guiding us back to how to nurture our mind, body and soul and making a commitment to our morning intention and evening reflection. We are a beautiful, strong and courageous team and I’m so appreciative of being part of it!”

ABOUT STACY MCGINTY:

Sacred Connection: Creating a Life with Intention - Stacy McGinty & Teresa Gonzalez

Yoga is life! How do we practice life on our mats and yoga off our mats? Stacy McGinty has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 2 decades. She brings a love of life and laughter to her classes. Stacy teaches from a place of fun and love. The emphasis in her class is on listening to your inner voice, connecting with breath and moving in a way that feels good to the body.

Stacy teaches vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and meditation. Her teaching is influenced by Jason Crandell, Janet Stone, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. When you take a class with Stacy you can expect to laugh, be challenged and also find moments of clarity and stillness within the pose. “My greatest intention when I teach is to hold space for the student to drop in and connect with at least one full breath. It is within that breath that we can find our truth.”

ABOUT TERESA GONZALEZ:

Sacred Connection: Creating a Life with Intention - Stacy McGinty & Teresa Gonzalez

Teresa Gonzalez is a yogini, lover of nature, with creativity at the center of her heart. She is also a lover of movement; cycling, hiking, swimming, dancing and especially yoga. She brings over 20 years of experience in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Gentle Yoga.

Creative expression is also one of her gifts and she enjoys creating art by painting on canvas, paper, walls, on a t-shirt, or just drawing a Mandala in the sand, using her fingers and toes, and decorating them with sticks and stones that she collects nearby. She believes meditation is an important daily practice, in any way; a mindful walk, sitting, breathing, etc. This is one of the many tools that supports her teachings.

She loves to teach her students how to find peace and joy in their lives.
She wants to share with her students the adventure and peace, the flavors and smells, the warmth of the sun and the cool water the ranch has to offer. Awakening all the senses to take it all in. Opening the heart with yoga, and inviting restful sleep with meditation. Waking up to beautiful sunrises to fill up the inner vessel of beauty.
