“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

~Viktor Frankl

Join meditation and yoga teacher Jillian Pransky for a week devoted to the sacred practice of pausing and receiving. Through slowing down, grounding, and consciously relaxing, we create the conditions to become more available to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us.

As we learn to receive the support that is already here, we can soften habitual patterns of tension and reactivity and meet the present with greater openness, clarity, and choice. Most importantly, we remember our inherent connectedness—to our bodies, our hearts, each other, the earth, and the Life that is always unfolding around and within us.

The Spacious Pause - Jillian PranskyThrough mindful yoga flows, somatic exercises, restorative practices, guided relaxation, meditation, journaling, and contemplative experiences in nature, you will learn to:

— Land in your body and receive the support that is already here
— Reduce stress and habitual patterns of tension and reactivity
— Relax into greater spaciousness, ease, and presence
— Listen more deeply to your body, mind, heart, and the world around you
— Cultivate the pause that allows for greater clarity, compassion, and choice
— Deepen your capacity to receive beauty, connection, and the goodness already present
— Remember your belonging to yourself, one another, and the living world

Special Guest Offerings

The grounding and opening we’ll be cultivating throughout the week will be enriched by two special guests who bring their own unique magic to the experience.

The Spacious Pause: Renewing Presence, Clarity, and Connection - Heidi Rose RobbinsHeidi Rose Robbins, internationally respected astrologer, poet, and teacher, will join us as a guest, offering a select session that weaves astrology and poetry as tools for reflection and insight. She will also host an evening gathering by the fire, Poetry and Stories Under the Stars: What the Night Sky Whispers. For those who wish, she will be available for optional one-on-one astrology sessions during the week.

The Spacious Pause: Renewing Presence, Clarity, and Connection - Garth StevensonFor part of the retreat, we’ll be joined by Garth Stevenson, world-renowned musician and composer known for his deep musical relationship with the natural world.

Garth creates music with the land—performing on icebergs, among whales, and in wild places around the globe. In Montana’s wide-open landscape, his music becomes a living dialogue with sky, earth, water, and silence. Garth will offer outdoor concerts and live music woven into select practices, including unforgettable sunrise and sunset experiences by the lake.

Progressively throughout the week, Jillian will guide you through LARLAR™, her six-step practice for bringing the sacred pause into daily life:  Land. Arrive. Relax. Listen. Attend. Respond. You’ll practice receiving the support that is already here, listening more deeply, and meeting each moment just as it is—creating more space to choose how you want to respond.

Again and again, you’ll discover that you can return. To your body. To your breath. To your heart. To the present. And begin again.

Along the way, enjoy Jillian’s signature blend of deep guidance and joyful community—playful music, campfires, nature, delicious meals, meaningful conversation, and spontaneous laughter. There will be time to practice deeply and time to simply be. Time for solitude and time for connection. Time to listen inwardly and time to receive the beauty of Montana’s extraordinary landscape.

WHAT JILLIAN’S PAST RETREAT, TRAINING & CLASSES ATTENDEES SAY:

The Spacious Pause: Renewing Presence, Clarity, and Connection - Jillian Pransky

“The only thing more wonderful than experiencing the beauty and warm hospitality of Feathered Pipe Ranch is doing so in community with Jillian Pransky. Her kind heart and compassionate presence, paired with teachings rooted in deep study and wisdom, create an experience that is truly transformative. If your soul is calling for calm, ease, renewal, and connection—a return to your true nature—you will find it here.”

“Jillian set the scene for an intimate and wonderful gathering of people from all walks of life.  Her slow and steady style of teaching allowed her methods to really be integrated into my body and mind and weeks later I’m still saying (and hearing!) her words- “go slow”, “try softer”, “land- can you feel your triangle feet?”, “this isn’t about forcing”, “where’s the place that you can relax just a little more?” All said with curiosity, laughter, and a lot of love.  Planning on returning next year to dive deeper and continue becoming.”

“Jillian’s retreat at Feather Pipe Ranch is a rare gift of peace, nourishment, and spaciousness. It offers the chance to unplug, recenter, and discover a deeper grounding and inspiration that lasts well beyond the retreat itself. I continue to carry this sense of renewal forward and cannot recommend Jillian’s work and Feather Pipe Ranch enough.”

“Jillian’s retreat at Feathered Pipe Ranch was truly magical. I had the most extraordinary time and left with a full heart. She holds such a loving, sacred space that made me feel completely supported and at ease. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit. I can’t wait to join her again!”
