ABOUT KARMA TENSUM
Tibetan Children’s Education Foundation’s Executive Director Karma Tensum was born in Tibet but raised in Northern India. Born into a Tibetan refugee family his life was transformed by an education made possible by the wisdom of HH The Dalai Lama and the early Tibetan leadership in exile coupled with the compassion of kind sponsors.
Karma’s life experiences is custom built to lead this Foot steps of the Buddha tour in the heartland of India. Raised as a cultural Tibetan, he is a practicing Buddhist. Educated in India he has a Master’s in Indian History and Culture. Having lived in the West for the past 15 years he can share Buddhist philosophy or Indian history in a way that can relate to Westerners.

ABOUT JENNIFER PRUGH:
Introduced to yoga as a child in 1969, Jennifer has been a steady Vinyasa, Flow and meditation practitioner since 1989. She has trained within the Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bhakti Vinyasa, Baptiste, Vinyasa Krama, Prajna Yoga, and Buddhist/Bhakti lineages. She is certified as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy. Since she opened Breathe Together Yoga in 2011 and the Joy of Yoga School of Integrative Learning in 2006, she has certified hundreds of people to teach yoga and awareness based practices.
Since 2009, she has traveled virtually all over the world leading yoga trainings, adventures and retreats. Jennifer has traveled to India over fifteen times and is in the process of completing a photography book on her journeys up and down the Ganges River. Jennifer took refuge in 2010 and is a member of the board of the Tibetan Children’s Education Foundation.
