The main lodge has the character of western luxury of the last century with a huge, wood-beamed main hall and library with four adjoining spacious bedrooms. Each room sleeps three or four and has its own bathroom.

The most requested lodging at the Feathered Pipe Ranch is our yurt accommodations, and for good reason. With large, glass domes located at the center of the lattice-supported, canvas ceiling, brilliant, warm sunlight pours in during the day and offers a breathtaking view of the starry sky at night.

Sai Condo

Sai Condo is nestled still farther back in the tall pines with a large floor to ceiling wall of windows and room for three. Both the Honeymoon Cabin and Sai Condo have heat, but Sai Condo lodgers will need to toddle off on a short walk to the beautiful bathhouse for restroom and shower facilities.

Please Note: ONLY the defined deposit is due at the time of registration. The total cost defined is dependent upon accommodation availability and eligibility for discounts. As your program's administration is being dealt with directly by the program's teacher(s), they will contact you to finalize registration, confirm accommodation choice, and determine discount eligibility. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before program start day and may be paid in single or multiple installments.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

By registering for this yoga retreat, I hereby agree to the following:

1. That I am participating in a yoga retreat offered by Prairie Yoga, LLC during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, movement and health. I recognize that yoga and retreat activities require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga retreat. I represent and warrant that I possess the level of physical fitness required to participate in the yoga retreat. I agree to stop participating at any time in which I feel pain or severe discomfort and to alert the instructor.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any and all activities done with the Yoga Retreat group, or as an individual.

4. I acknowledge that I am aware of the current pandemic risks and the possibility that I could contract an illness from being exposed to the virus from another person during the program, or while traveling to and from it, or while on activities or field trips. I also represent and warrant that FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to the program that if I am diagnosed with, test positive for, or have any symptoms of having contracted a contagious illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, that I will contact Prairie Yoga and cancel my attendance of the program. (See Cancellation Policy for cancellation/refund options.)

5. KNOWING THE POTENTIAL RISKS INVOLVED in participating in a Prairie Yoga retreat at Feathered Pipe, I attest that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved.

6. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have, now or hereafter, against Prairie Yoga, LLC, Lori Gaspar, faculty, co-teachers, guest teachers, assistants or any of her agents, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the yoga retreat.

7. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Prairie Yoga, LLC, Lori Gaspar, faculty, co-teachers, guest teachers, assistants or any of her agents for any injury, damage, or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

COVID-19 Policy:
Given the ongoing concerns from the COVID -19 pandemic, the Feathered Pipe Foundation has established a set of safety protocols for all staff, guests, and teachers to follow during our 2023 season at the Feathered Pipe Ranch. For the health and safety of our guests and staff, all Prairie Yoga retreat registrants are required to review the safety protocol below and confirm consent to follow all procedures.

ALL REGISTRANTS intending to participate in a Prairie Yoga retreat program will need to have a negative COVID-19 test (antigen or PCR), taken within 1 day prior to your program’s start date. Rapid antigen self-tests are acceptable and can be ordered for free at covidtests.gov. Upon arrival at the airport, all guests must inform Feathered Pipe staff if they are in any way feeling ill. Wearing of masks is not required during transport to the Ranch but strongly recommended as a precaution after travel via public/air transport.

Upon arrival at the Feathered Pipe Ranch, you will be asked to affirm that you have had a negative COVID-test taken within 1 day prior to your arrival. Wearing of masks is not required, but respectful social distancing should be observed as necessary. Only staff is allowed in the kitchen at any time. During meals, a maximum of six people may sit at any one table.

All guests are requested to bring their own personal yoga mat.

If a participant becomes ill during a program, the participant must immediately inform Prairie Yoga Staff. They will be provided with a COVID-19 self-test. If they test positive, they can stay in a quarantine accommodation on the Feathered Pipe Ranch grounds for the duration of program. If quarantine is necessary after the end date of the program, Feathered Pipe Foundation will assist in locating a suitable accommodation in Helena, with the program participant solely responsible for any ensuing housing, medical, or travel delay/change/cancellation costs.

I have read the above Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability; Covid Policies; and fully understand the contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

The program presenter/teacher will define safety protocols during classes. It is suggested that all guests bring their own personal yoga mat, but not compulsory. The Feathered Pipe Ranch will have a UV mat sanitizer available for use. The presenter/teacher may ask program participants to clear props, blankets, and mats to allow staff to clean/sanitize the entire room.

Please note that Feathered Pipe Foundation’s cancellation policy applies to all cancellation requests regardless of reason, including COVID-19, other illnesses, injuries, and changes in personal circumstances. For these reasons, we STRONGLY URGE program participants purchase travel insurance.

Refunds: Requests must be made in writing via email to prairieyoga@comcast.net. I understand that the $500 deposit is non-refundable for any reason. Further:
• Should participant cancellation occur within 61 days of the event for any reason, I forfeit all fees (cancellations requested on or after July 3, 2023).
• Should participant cancellation occur 62 - 120 days of the event for whatever reason, 50% of the tuition will be refunded, less the $500 deposit (cancellations requested on or before July 2, 2023). Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
• For refund requests more than 120 days in advance (cancellations requested on or before May 5, 2023), you will receive a refund of tuition paid, less the $500 deposit. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person.

If the workshop is forced to be cancelled due to pandemic, natural disaster, war, or other catastrophe deemed beyond Prairie Yoga's or Feathered Pipe Ranch's control, and is able to be rescheduled to a later date within 2 years, we will transfer your registration and deposits/ payments made to the rescheduled program. Registration and/or deposits/payments are transferable to another person, BUT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

If the workshop is forced to be cancelled due to pandemic, natural disaster, war, or other catastrophe deemed beyond Prairie Yoga's or Feathered Pipe Ranch's control, and we are unable to reschedule a program within 2 years, then any payments beyond the first $500 deposit will be refunded. The first deposit will be used to compensate all administrative, promotional and other costs incurred.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to all cancellation requests regardless of reason, including COVID-19, other illnesses, injuries, and changes in personal circumstances. For these reasons, we STRONGLY URGE program participants purchase travel insurance with substantial COVID-19 coverage immediately upon finalizing registration. Two available options are roamright.com or travelexinsurance.com, which both offer coverage at a reasonable rate.

For event cancellation for any reason, Prairie Yoga and Feathered Pipe Foundation WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
