All individuals are worthy of respect and reverence for the deep, intangible meaning and purpose possessed by each of us; yet for many, this personal touchpoint for creating optimal wellness has been lost. Healing involves more than knowing information. Healing requires recreating our story, our wellness and indeed our meaning and purpose. It’s an art. It’s a personalized path. It’s a dynamic dance of science and spirit. There are now new ways to envision one’s health. In this 6-day healing retreat with our faculty of Integrative and Functional Medicine thought leaders and clinicians, come experience your personal journey through your health landscape; touring through your genetics, family histories, physiology, psychology, and day-to-day lifestyle choices.

Integrative and Functional Medicine Healing RetreatThe bigger picture of you (including review of optional laboratory testing completed before the retreat) will be revealed in interactive large and small group activities. Having learned more about you through the combined hologram of modern medicine, scientific thought, and ancient traditions, you can expect to leave with ideas on how to cultivate better health and healing with simple skills to create significant shifts. These skills include an investigation into foods, physical activity, emotional expression, guided imagery, meditation, and affirmations.

Functional Medicine Healing Retreat - Feathered Pipe RanchBeginning with dinner and a welcome gathering on Saturday evening and finishing with a closing campfire celebration on Thursday evening, our daily topics include:

Sunday — Our Journey: Our World
Monday — Our Journey: Our Beginnings
Tuesday — Our Journey: Our Pasts; Gifts and Traumas
Wednesday — Our Journey: Our Today
Thursday — Our Journey: Transforming our Tomorrows

Feathered Pipe, born out of the life-sustaining traditions of India and Native America, is an ideal site to hold our retreat exploring the Science and Art of Transformation.   Located just outside of Helena, Montana and surrounded by millions of acres of forest and mountains, our 6-day long retreat provides a focus for discovery work while providing many opportunities to breathe, wander, laugh and lounge in the uncommon space of grace that is the Feathered Pipe.  We will be taking a modest, but invigorating hike on Monday afternoon and we have a special surprise scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.

RETREAT TIP! Extend your time in peace and beauty while savoring Western hospitality by spending some time exploring the great West’s National Park treasures either before or after your week at the Ranch. Glacier National Park is a glorious and scenic 3.5-hour drive north and west of Feathered Pipe, while Yellowstone is just a 4.5 hour drive south and east of the Ranch through some of the prettiest Western territory you’ll ever see.
