Feathered Pipe Ranch

Program Tuition & Basic Accommodations: TBA

Join Jamie Anesi and Kathryn Gustin for the 5th annual Women’s OULA weekend retreat at the Feathered Pipe Ranch to dance, relax and celebrate being YOU in community at a beautiful Montana gem! OULA Fitness combines the depth and soulfulness of a mind-body practice with the carefree playfulness of a living room dance party. By integrating the mind, body and heart, our focus is on full-being health and wellness in a fun and community-centered atmosphere.

OULA Dance Big Sky RetreatWhat is the OULA Magic? OULA gives you a chance to feel. To feel sexy, to feel silly, to feel sad, to feel free. But most importantly, OULA gives you a chance to feel human. It is in these shared moments that we feel truly connected to one another. In OULA, whether you need to feel free, empowered, or rejuvenated, all you have to do is show up and be present for yourself. Through OULA, you will discover that your mind and body want to dance together, you will learn to trust yourself and those around you and you will begin to believe that you deserve to take up space, to be seen and heard, and you will know that your story matters.

This year we are thrilled to be spending TWO NIGHTS at The Magical Feathered Pipe Ranch, which means more time to connect with nature, community and YOU! We will provide optional OULA and Oula. One Classes each day, bonfires dance parties, world class dining, as well as an optional workshops for connecting to your inner voice. There will be plenty of time to relax, sauna, hot tub, kayak, hike and connect with supportive women!

Kathryn, RN, and co-owner of the The Lotus, was born and raised in Helena, Montana. She is excited to be part of a small business in her hometown and part of the sweet Lotus community. After spending time in Oregon, Washington and Missoula, she was happy and ready to return to Helena where she discovered her first Nia class. It was a breath of fresh air in the fitness world. Having grown up with dance, primarily classical ballet and jazz, she knew it was something that needed to be in her life on a regular basis and that she needed to share it with others. Kathryn completed her Nia white belt in 2010, and her OULA training in 2011. She also completed her Nia Green Belt (October 2011), Nia Blue Belt (April 2013), and OULA Advanced Instructor training (June 2016). Kathryn says, “I love to move! Dance is a total mind-body-spirit conditioning, which keeps us whole and in the present.”
