Fall is the season of transitions, the autumn winds of change. The long, hot days of summer give way to shorter days and longer, chilly nights. The leaves change colors, birds begin to migrate and we sense changes in many parts of our lives. Transitions are challenging and we can become overwhelmed and unrooted at this time of year. Reconnecting with our communities through our practice helps re-establish deep, strong roots.

Returning Home, A Fall Yoga RetreatFall is harvest time, when all that we’ve seen, heard, experienced and learned is drawn into our selves. Now it is time to set up and strengthen internal space, to pull inward and reflect.  It is a good time to establish the balancing and stabilizing energy of routines. We’ll find our roots and move mindfully in the beauty of the Feathered Pipe Ranch.

We’ll gather for meals, yoga and meditation and the rest of the time is your own to hike, swim, stroll, read or nap.  This is a weekend of self-care, tuning in and dropping into your being, your essential self.  For added self care you can book a massage, take a sauna, or enjoy a long hot tub or a float around the lake. Take this special time to connect and enjoy this lovely fall weekend.

RETREAT TIP! Extend your time in peace and beauty while savoring Western hospitality by spending some time exploring the great West’s National Park treasures either before or after your week at the Ranch. Glacier National Park is a glorious and scenic 3.5-hour drive north and west of Feathered Pipe, while Yellowstone is just a 4.5 hour drive south and east of the Ranch through some of the prettiest Western territory you’ll ever see.
