Some say that the hardest part of getting into shape is getting started. How many times have you said, “Oh, I’m too busy. . .” or “I’ll get started with my workout plan tomorrow.” Sometimes it takes more than a commitment. Sometimes it requires the right combination of inspiration, instruction, support and environment.

If you’re sincere in your desire to improve your health, then this is the perfect opportunity for finally making it happen from the inside and out. We invite you to learn to apply the very best of what yoga, personal training, kinesiology, cardiac health, and overall fitness has to offer you in the exquisite and surrounding nature of the Feathered Pipe Ranch. You will find your entire being fully supported and cared for by our incredible staff in an environment of unparalleled peace and ease allowing you to fully relax, unwind, and nurture your soul and spirit.

Join Nicole Wilt, an accomplished yoga instructor and inspiring personal trainer, along with her husband, cardiologist Dr. Heath Wilt, at our rejuvenating Montana oasis. And this year, we have a special guest for the entire retreat! Meditation teacher Sami Aaron will add an introduction to The Nature Process throughout our time together.  With Sami’s guidance, you’ll learn how to connect to each of your 54 Senses thru insights from her new book, Experience Your 54 Senses, and you’ll be introduced to the five simple steps of The NatureProcess to increase your energy, improve your health and help you feel more fulfilled with life. You’ll learn how to powerfully deepen the connection with nature that you already knew you were going to experience at Feathered Pipe Ranch!

This is a unique opportunity to experience the very best of both Western and Eastern healthcare unburdened by the everyday demands and distractions that can otherwise hijack our best intentions to nourish our health. Your time at the Feathered Pipe Ranch will include optional daily yoga classes and personal health instruction with Nicole, plus a unique opportunity to bring your questions to Dr. Wilt for his popular “What’s Up Doc?” sessions.

The retreat includes accommodations for five nights, three delicious and nutritious meals every day, unlimited use of the Ranch facilities, guided hikes on some of the most scenic and enchanting trails you’ve ever seen, an excursion to the world-famous Archie Bray Foundation of Ceramic Arts, and a trip to visit the charming and historic capital city of Helena, Montana. You’ll also have time to soak in the hot tub, indulge in a sauna, play in the lake, and savor awe-inspiring Rocky Mountain sunsets. Though not included in the cost of the retreat, you can also opt for a session or two with Feathered Pipe’s world-class body workers. This promises to be a week that jump-starts and re-enlivens your enthusiasm for nourishing every aspect of your most precious commodity — your health.
