Yoga Meditation Retreat:
Anatomy of the Chakras with Tias Little and Surya Little
Sun June 28 - Sat July 3, 2009
at the Feathered Pipe Ranch
Price: $1795
This course details the vital energy centers in the body, beginning with the feet and leading to the crown of the head. We begin with the vital marma and pressure points that are energy centers in the feet and legs. Along the spine, we investigate 21 different energy centers (3 levels for each of the traditional 7 chakras) and identify the anatomical relevance of each center. Through asana, visualization, meditation and touch, we will activate each of the vital energy channels throughout the body.
This course is offered for all levels of practice and is of a part of Prajna 500 hour Teacher Training program.
