This workshop will be suitable for intermediate students and above who have been introduced to inverted poses and can lift up into Urdhva Dhanurasana.
John Schumacher, a longtime pupil of B.K.S. Iyengar, founded and directs Unity Woods Yoga Center, North America's largest Iyengar Yoga center. John has taught in the Washington, DC area for over thirty-five years and has trained many yoga teachers nationally and internationally. He is well-known for his articles and essays on yoga and has spoken at conferences throughout the US.
