Join Jasmine, Dana and Keith for a week-long Solstice Celebration and Adventure into the heart of the Montana Rockies and your own Being. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year where there is the most Light and it is also the time of passage and turning point to move within.
During this Cosmic week, we will adventure into the wild and journey into the sacred ground of the Rockies; camping in the woods, hiking in the mountains, swimming in nearby lakes and basking in the warm summer Sun. It is through the Cosmic practices of Yoga that we consciously seek out and adventure into the wilderness of our breath, the sacred ground of our body's and bask in the radiant Light of our Spirit.
During this week, we will harmonize our own natural rhythm with the rhythm of the Universe rising with the Sun through dynamic morning asana ceremonies with Jasmine and Dana. The afternoons with Keith will be a sacred turning within through mantra, prayer and meditation.
Jasmine and Dana are the Creators of Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in New York City and San Francisco. They are known for their soulful, playful, and creative classes, designed to uncover, explore, and celebrate each person's beauty and greatness.
