The morning practice will be an ecstatic asana ceremony with Jasmine and Dana passionately inviting you to explore the wild beauty of your own Soul through body prayers, dancing with the rhythm of your breath and boldly discovering who you truly are.
In the afternoon, dive into the ocean of devotion through chanting, prayer and meditation with Keith. Harmonize your own heart song with the rhythm of the waves, the hum of the breeze through the trees and all the wild sounds of nature to experience cosmic oneness with all of Creation. Jasmine was born into a mystical heritage where Eastern philosophy, spirituality, and pure creativity have saturated her whole life. Keith believes when we joyously glorify the Divine through singing, the soul dances, the heart celebrates, and the true Self can be revealed. He approaches chanting as a way to revel in the Sound of the Divine and refresh the spirit. His chants offer a soulful and devotional mood which allows each person to craft their own spiritual salve.
