Fees and Services

Feathered Pipe Ranch

Site fee:Our day use fee is $1,750.  This includes the optional use of our two large white tents (one is 20 x 30 feet, the other is 20 x 20 feet).  There is an additional pitching fee of $100 per tent.

Overnight stays: If you and any of your guests would like to stay with us before or after the wedding, the cost is $150/day including two meals (not including the Wedding Feast), or $75 for lodging only. Speak with our chef to arrange a menu—you might like to try our special brunch!  Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on departure day, though you and your guests may enjoy the Ranch facilities into the day.

Set-up: While we are happy to offer our advice and help, you will want to make your own arrangements for the provision and set-up of flowers, décor, music, sound equipment, entertainment, photography, etc.  Our staff will be available on the day to lend a hand.  You shall have reasonable set-up time on the day of the wedding, and your festivities may carry on until midnight, unless otherwise arranged.

Finest Cuisine

Food: Our Wedding Feast is priced at $35-$60 per person, depending upon the choice of entrée. Service is buffet style, unless you wish to arrange for table service.

Beverages: The Ranch has delicious mountain spring water on tap, and coffee, tea and iced tea are always provided.  You bring whatever alcohol and soft drinks you wish to serve your guests.

Wedding Cake:  If you would like us to make your wedding cake, our chef will be glad to discuss options and price with you.   Otherwise, you provide your own cake and cake plates, etc.

Service: Our price includes dishes, silver, wine glasses, cups, tables, chairs, tablecloths and fancy paper napkins for up to 100 people.  If you will have more than 100 people, you simply rent additional service items to provide for them.

Main Lodge Interior

Rehearsal Dinner: We will be happy to provide your Rehearsal Dinner at $25 per person.  Talk with our chef to arrange your menu.

Reservations: To hold your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent, with the balance due on the day of the wedding.
