"Each of us carries within a knowing of how to restore balance, source our own sacred enough-ness, and act in alignment with our deepest truths and knowing."  -Jennifer Cohen

This is a unique and powerful moment in the history of human life. How we choose to live and work right now may, say some scientists and visionary thinkers, impact the course of life on earth for the next 1000 years. Join us for five powerful days to reveal and revel in a movement now afoot to restore, renew and rewire how humanity walks this earth, stewards the land, how we care for one another, and all of life itself. We will share practices for transforming our internal and cultural assumptions of fear and scarcity into joy and generosity.

It’s time to re-call the radical truth that fear and scarcity obscure from our view: We are enough, we do enough, and we have enough right now, just as we are. We came to this earth already whole, already intact, already complete and full of life’s bounty.

Together, we will create the conditions for this knowing to arise and from it, a clarity about our living and leading that we will take back to our life, to our families, to our organizations. In this workshop we will weave together meditation and mindfulness practice, guided imagery and inquiry, light yoga and movement, small group and large group discussions, writing, and play. We aspire to create a community of openness, curiosity, respect and kindness. There will be ample time for rest and exploring this extraordinary environment.

Join us to take back your life from the barrage of busyness and our addiction to filling every moment of space with something, anything, everything. You will leave with a new relationship to quiet, breath, pausing, and your own incredible sacred enough-ness. Get in condition to thrive in the emerging world.

"To accomplish more by doing less involves a simple yet profound transformation: it’s a different way of being in the world." -Marc Lesser from his book, Less
