Lilias Folan, known as the “First Lady of Yoga” since her ground breaking 1972 PBS series, Lilias, Yoga and You, is steeped in many different traditions. Time Magazine calls her “the Julia Child of Yoga.”
Today she relies strongly on her own personal experience and intuition to influence her teaching. She is delighted to return with Marti Glenn to celebrate 25 years of teaching Yoga at our beloved Feathered Pipe Ranch. Her highly acclaimed third book Lilias! Marti Glenn, Ph.D., is founding president of the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute, offering the first graduate degrees in Somatic Psychology and Pre- and Perinatal Psychology. She is a psychotherapist in private practice, a weaver of story and song, and a guide to women in times of transition.
